Effective June 2026
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a full, valid driver licence (Australian or international) for a minimum of 12 months. A young driver surcharge applies for drivers under 25.
A valid credit card is required at pickup for the security bond. Payment is due in full at the start of the rental period. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Standard insurance is included with a damage liability fee. Reduced liability options are available. The hirer remains liable for damage caused by negligence, off-road driving, or breach of these terms.
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. A refuelling fee plus fuel cost applies otherwise.
Most hires include unlimited kilometres within the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. Interstate travel must be approved at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a one-day rental fee applies. No-shows are non-refundable.
The hirer is responsible for all tolls, traffic fines and parking infringements incurred during the rental period, plus an administration fee.
Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing without approval, transporting hazardous goods, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
24/7 roadside assistance is included. Callout fees may apply for issues caused by hirer negligence (e.g. lost keys, flat battery from lights left on).
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
